Have a Husqvarna LTH 130. Used it yesterday. Everything was working fine. Parked it for a couple of hours. Got back on it and from the start it would not stay in gear. Would only go forward if I held the selector forward...it kept creeping backwards to Neutral. Put it in reverse and it would not move. Then it wouldn't even go forward.
Pulled the bypass rod to see if it would roll. Nothing. Couldn't get the thing to roll. Pulled the rear cover and the linkages are all intact. Belt is still there. Doesn't look like anything has moved, disconnected. The primary concern is that the thing wouldn't free-roll when I pull the rod. The indicates to me that the problem is internal, but maybe I'm missing something. Oh...and the park brake was not engaged!
BUT...today I tried starting it up again and it worked perfectly fine. Ugh.
Ideas on what is going on? Transmission starting to fail? Other troubleshooting I should do if it happens again?
thx!
