Do I need supplemental light for lettuce

I had a hard time getting lettuce seedlings started because of the heat in October. They're growing now in a raised bed in my greenhouse, but I'm worried that they won't get big enough to harvest as baby leaf lettuce this winter. We have about 11 hours of daylight right now, but it has been so cloudy, I've been leaving lights on all day on the dark days, and turning them on for a few hours after sunset on the sunny days. The greenhouse temps fluctuate between 75 and 45. I've given the seedlings a dose of compost tea and some Rapid Gro. What else can I do to speed up their growth? Thanks!
