Greenhouse Heaters

I am putting up a 20 x 48 ft high walled hoop house from growers supply with double layer film to put a blower into. I need to purchase 2 heater units for the greenhouse, but i am unsure of where to actually put them in the greenhouse. mostly i've seen heaters hanging from the ceiling. I heard though that you can set them on the floor instead which could benefit the plants more. if they need to be higher in the air, can i make a pedestal of concrete block and just sit the heater on top of them? can I just sit them on the floor maybe 12" above the floor on blocks? should they be both placed at one end of the greenhouse on each side or on heater on each end in the opposite corners? Help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!
