Greenhouse Heater

Greetings,

I am just finishing up building my greenhouse which I have planned for over the past 10 years. The measurements are 18' X 22' with a 12' peak (plan to use bubble wrap or plastic to section off the ceiling during winter). The sides are made of sliding glass doors and the top has 4 X 8' sheets of twinwall polycarbonate that are framed in with chipboard. I'm in the process of insulating everything the best I can and need to begin considering a heater.

Does anyone have this heater...Dayton 240V Electric Heater

Will this work for my greenhouse? I think during the day it will get fairly warm in the gh. During the evenings I want to keep it at 40 deg F. for this year (unless I can get by with a lower temp?). Do you think this heater will do the trick?

I will be using heating cables under all my seedlings to keep the soil warm enough to get them to germinate. This should also provide heat in some fashion not?

Thanks

Tj
