Read my last post. That's where I bought the bare root roses. 6 of them. I ordered on Friday 4/10 , I didn't get a ship email until 4/15, they claim 72 hours shipping. Not count counting weekends or the day I ordered it was 72 hours. They ship by USPS parcel post the slowest way. I got the order on 4/22. This is a big problem, although the paper the roses were loosely wrapped in was still damp, it also had plastic over the newspaper. I emailed them 4/20 at info@summerstonenursery.com I also filled out a online cust service request on their web site. The emails bounced, but I got an answer 4/24 from the online request. I also tried to call them 4/21, 4/22. 4/21 I got rings and no pickup or answering machine. On 4/22 I got busy all day. So I would rate customer service 1 out of 10. The roots looks pretty developed but the cain's were very short and mostly brown. If the roses live, I cant complain about the product. If you can get better shipping like first class it would be a big improvement. I also did some internet checking and found my order was typical, hit or miss.
