Boursaults in the Deep South

Has anyone in the Deep South grown any of the Boursault roses? They are considered Blackspot magnets by those who write the Rose books. But the horticulture industry largely ignores the Deep South, and I wonder if Boursaults, with their China ancestry, might not be happier (and less virus-prone) down here?

Mme. de Sancy de Parabere captured my imagination, and I'd love to grow it. Austin's otherwise demure 'English Roses' generally morph into monsters here in Mississippi, and I'm wondering if our climate might do that for the Boursaults.
