Recently my brake pedal stopped returning to the full forward position when I let my foot off. This leads to the transmission to disengage. To continue mowing, I have to hold the pedal completely forward by resting my foot on top of the pedal.
I've read through the manual but nowhere does it discuss a linkage or safety switch that disengages the drive when the brake pedal is depressed. It makes sense to have one but I'm not sure what to do.
Is this an electrical problem? A broken linkage?
Thanks,
Jay
