toro GT2200 or GT2300 or Craftsman GT

As I have posted before, I have 1.7 mostly flat acres to mow. I do not need a real GT for hard core ground engaging, but I do need something capable of heavy towing (cart full or rocks) and other tow-behinds.

Green paint costs to much for my budget.

There is a toro dealer very close. I am considering a GT2200 or GT2300. Or a Sears GT. I can't find any detailed specs, for example on the tranny, for the toro's. I am guessing they will rate slightly below the Sears GT tranny.

If I am right on the tranny, given my needs, and even though the Toro's will come in a few hundred bucks more, I wonder if the Toro's are the way to go simply because of the local shop.

Anyone know where I can find the specs on those toro's other than the toro.com site?

thx
