The peppers are fine. Those look like physical injuries from windblown debris or something like that. If you use a magnifying glass, you will probably see small concentric, bull's-eye rings within the lesions on the older tomato leaves. These are the fruiting bodies of early blight. Your plants appear to be severely infected, which is the main risk with adopting volunteer plants. The fungus that causes early blight is everywhere, and because volunteers grow close to the ground, they are often infected early on. Healthy seedlings grown under dry conditions do not get early blight until much later, when the plants are big enough to fight back. I would compost those tomato plants and start over with healthy seedlings.

The myrtles seem to be suffering from a type of leaf miner, a shield bearer. VERY common in the wax myrtles that I have seen. Can't tell for sure because the image is so blurry, but worth you looking into. Do you notice little threads hanging down from your plant? The tiny insect cuts out small holes in the leaf, then attached a silken thread to it and uses it as a wind sail. There are also diseases similiar but without a better image...... Do you see any round brown spots on the leaves as well? Leaf miners could still be in those, visible to the naked eye. If I think about it later, I'll look up some info I have on this insect and perhaps we can find some on line images. Just can't think of the genus and species of the little guy, right now.

newly planted (roughly two months planted) ==>>> i dont understand how we dont discuss shipping from grower ... to seller.. to posters yard ... and the related insults and stress .. and jump immediately to disease and needed treatment ... especially if it just a couple random leaves ... frankly if i planted a plant 2 months ago.. i would be happy it looks as good as i does .. and be doing a happy dance.. and not really consider slathering on remedies .... as it could simply be stresses related to such ... and imo.. you moved the mulch.. great .. things dont happen that fast in the garden .. and if anything did.. i wold relate it to the above ... before i would presume or worry that some new pathogen has appeared and thrived inside 2 months ... i would also hope that the Ag inspectors at the grower would be on top of the nursery .. as well as the seller selling clean stock ... i understand stuff happens. but a vast vast majority of stock sold.. is clean ... only reinforcing my thought that that its stress of shipping damage.. so minor.. its only showing now ... a pic of the whole might be interesting.. perhaps not taken at high noon.. as that might also be throwing off picture color ... ken
