Analyze my Analysis

I just got my soil analysis back. It looks pretty good. All my nutritional reading were in the optimal or very high range. Very high is still good, right? Not too high?

They did recommend I add 3 lb/1000 sq ft of Nitrogen (though I didn't see an analysis of N on the report) and 1 lb/1000 sq ft. of both Potassium and Phosphorus despite the fact the reading said I had optimum levels of Potassium and Very High levels of Phosphorus.

Anyway, the one part of the analysis I think I may need to take action on is the pH, which came in as 7.6 (No wonder my azaleas don't bloom!) I'm mostly planting perennials and self-sowing annuals in this bed. Do I need soil sulfur? How much?

My organic matter was 5.6% enr 156 (don't know what that last part means)

My Calculated Cation Exchange Capacity was 10.5. What does that mean? Does it have to do with drainage? Is my CCEC good?
