Removing polycarbonate sides for the summer?

Hi,

Was hoping for some opinions about removing the polycarb side walls (leaving on the end walls) on my GH for the summer (June to Sept). The frame is very ridged, pressure treated post and beam buried below ground on footings. I'd like to utilize the space for growing, but when temps get to 90+ outside it will tough. So thinking it wouldn't be much trouble to add cross bracing, take off the side panels and not worry about the temp. I'm only using the GH for season extension, when the temps start dropping I could screw the panels back on and go back to the fans. The roof has a ridge vent going the whole length, so wind pressure shouldn't be a problem. Was hoping some of you knowledgeable folks could give me some pros and cons about doing this.

Thanks,

Dave
