Grape arbor from trampoline

I built a corner arbor for some grapes over a stone bench I pieced together from rocks excavated from my garden. I hope it will fill out. I had planted grapes at the two posts last year, but only one survived (the Reliance). I ordered a replacement Swensen Red for the other side.

The arch is made from trampoline parts and secured to the 4x4 posts by aluminum edging used for ceramic tiling that I had left over from that project. I cut off pieces and wrapped them around the trampoline parts, then screwed them into the tops of the posts. This was an earlier proof of concept photo, so you don't see the straps installed here.

I think once the grape vines get to the top I will train them up along the arch part to the middle and then down the pipe to the back where I will terminate. I think some strings from the arch to those middle pipes would be good for the smaller vines to build the canopy. What do you think?
