That plant doesn't look too bad at all, perhaps it was a bit short of water for a little while? Just clip off the drooping leaves, and if the soil is too peaty, put it in a more gritty mix but keep the soil moist. These orchids grow by rivers, apparently - think of that kind of gravelly soil, good drainage but damp at the same time.. The main foliage seems healthy enough if those faint specks visible in the photo are not insects. I find these orchids remarkably easy and tolerant; with light but not too much, medium temperatures (mine live and flower in an east window between the curtain and window at night), and the right kind of soil, your plant will be just fine. Portions of stem root easily too, though may take some time to sprout new leaves.
