Thoughts on my soil tests?

I just received the results from my first ever soil tests, and I'd really appreciate some feedback on the numbers. It looks like phosphorus (and to a lesser extent potassium in area #1) is my major limiting factor. The lab that I used (UMass) doesn't make micronutrient recommendations, so I'm especially interested in thoughts/suggestions about those (many of which appear to be quite low and/or out of balance).

Test #1 - New Vegetable Garden (1 year)

Soil pH: 6.7
Buffer pH: 7.0
Organic Matter: 6.1%
CEC: 10.7 Meq/100G
Percent Base Saturation: K=2.5 Mg=14.5 Ca=83.1
Phosphorus: 11 ppm
Potassium: 102 ppm
Calcium: 1775 ppm
Magnesium: 188 ppm
Boron: 2.0
Manganese: 3.2
Zinc: 1.8
Copper: 0.3
Iron: 1.3
Sulfur: 28

Based on these results, the lab recommended no lime and 2-3 lbs of 10-10-10 (or 3-4 bushels of well-rotted manure and 3.5 lbs of bone meal or 10 lbs of rock phosphate) per 100 sq ft.

Test #2 - Established Vegetable Garden (10+ years)

Soil pH: 6.5
Buffer pH: 6.9
Organic Matter: 9%
CEC: 17.1 Meq/100G
Percent Base Saturation: K=2.8 Mg=16.6 Ca=69
Phosphorus: 16 ppm
Potassium: 183 ppm
Calcium: 2357 ppm
Magnesium: 346 ppm
Boron: 2.0
Manganese: 5.1
Zinc: 1.8
Copper: 0.3
Iron: 2.4
Sulfur: 46.6

Based on these results, the lab recommended no lime and 3-4 lbs of 5-10-5 (or 1/4 lb of nitrogen and phosphorus from organic sources) per 100 sq ft
