How much sunshine for a variety of flowers?

Hello All:

(Sorry, lots of questions)

I am building my first perennial bed at the front of the house. It's shady all morning until about 1pm when it starts getting some sun. Right now it seems to be getting about 4-5hrs of sunlight.

1. Will that be enough to grow coneflowers?

2. Do all coneflowers require the same amount of light? I think I'll be getting Coconut Lime, Pink Double Delight and White Swan.

3. Most of the plants I'm thinking of putting in my bed are hardy and meant for shade - cranesbill, anemones, hosta, bugbane, brunnera, dogwood. Either mostly tall or short. Could you suggest something in the 30"-36" range? (PS: I have deer-filthy beasts)

4.Do you think a daylily can survive in 4hrs sun?

5. I have "eyeliner lily" on order. Has anyone grown this? Was wondering how much sun it needs too.

6. When can I move lily bulbs?

Hope this isn't an overload of questions. Thanks in advance.

PS: I have lots of sunshiney places to relocate plants. I thought I'd try not to do too much though and just start with one bed.
