Wiring 220 high voltage to a remote garage!

I am building a hobby shop 200 feet from my home's electrical meter box. My question is, can I pull the meter and connect underground rated 6-3 or larger type cable to the box with a disconnect box installed in line, and then run 210 feet of cable underground to the hobby shop and connect it to a circuit breaker box? Thus giving me 100 amps of 220 volt service to the shop to be used as needed.

The plan is: Pull the meter, connect wiring from the meter box to a disconnect box (for safety), run wiring underground for 200 feet to a 100 amp circuit breaker box, and then break the amperage into useable levels from there. I will be running a 5 hp, 3 phase motor, on a phase converter, to power my engine lathe as my largest power consumer toy. Can anyone provide recommended type wires and disconnect boxes? Communication is a lot better thing than electrocuting myself. Thanks for your feed back!
