Plant ID Help - Pretty Please

Hello Again my fellow gardeners. I have 8 more flowers I found this year that I am having trouble finding names for. Thank you in advance for your help. I really appreciate it.

Your "I should have names this post Name this Yellow Flower!" flower is sideways. But it looks like a yellow loosestrife, Lysimachia punctata.

Your "Perfect Yellow Flower" flower looks rather like an Inula sp. but I can't see the leaves to be sure.

Your "I found this beautifull plant on Vancouver Island and in Community Gardens in Calgary, AB" flower looks like leopards bane, Doronicum orientale to me.

Numbering your photos would help us to note which plant we are talking about.

"Photo Taken At Butchard Gardens in Victoria BC" -- Dahlia.
"This Plant is about 2 Feet Tall" -- perhaps Helenium.
"Rundle Wood Gardens in Calgary, Spring 2010." -- Tulipa seedheads.

Your plant is kalanchoe blossfeldiana. It will naturally bloom in late winter/early spring. Growers manipulate the amount of light at other times to cause it to bloom. They know we're much more likely to buy a blooming plant. It comes in many colors.

Great plant and as treefrog said it's a wonderful fall bloomer. I have seen them up at Valkaria gardens over 8' tall as a small tree, very nice. Scott

Now that I have been gifted this pretty....darn..I thought when I got it, I could put it outside in my shaded property, but it's a houseplant (not hardy in zone 8a) and I have 4 inside kitties, and this is poisonous as well. hmmmm... maybe convert to a hanging plant?? to tantalize my frisky cats as well (grin)
