Pink flowering tree/shrub with fringed leaves

I'm sorry this is a terrible photo but it was sent to me by a friend for ID. The leaves look like a mimosa, but the flowers...not so much. Any ideas? Thanks

It looks a little like Koelreutera paniculata - the flowers are yellow but then turn into the pinky/orange panicules containing black seeds.

I agree - a.k.a. Golden Rain tree around here - really beautiful seedpods, but also a gigantic PITA when those seeds fall & sprout everywhereÃ¢ÂÂ¦.

And these are the fruit, not flowers. As you state there are white flowers earlier in the year. After flowers come fruit, not more flowers.

Pseudomonas savastonoi uses many plants in the Oleaceae family as alternative hosts. I would avoid ash, forsythia, ligustrum, and any other plant in that family. For some reason, the same bacterium also causes galls in oleander. No, you cannot treat the soil.....avoid the susceptible plants. Type the name of the bacterium or the words loropetalum gall into Google for further information.

The seed pods look rounded on the bottom, so look into Koelreuteria bipinnata. Unfortunately, I cannot see the leaves well enough in the photo to separate the id.
