Really hard to say without a better photo. The Neo could be tricolor 'Perfecta', but it could also be 'Ultima' or any of dozens of others. Important distinguishing factors are size, texture, length of stolons (if any), amount and size of spines, presence of spots or any other type of markings in addition to the variegation, cup coloration at bloom, etc. etc., so the more of those things you can show us the better we'll be able to ID it. The second one does look like the spineless form of Ae. fasciata though, and the third could be either a Vriesea or Guzmania but without a flower that's about all you can tell.

Nanny, It's a Great Spangled Fritillary. Do you have violets in your yard? That is their host plant for egg laying. They are such a beautiful butterfly. I love the silver on the hindwings. They are usually found near woodlands and fields.

Just went out and smelled a plantaginea flower. Might have to cut this scape and bring it inside. I planted this right outside my bedroom window, but it's still too hot to open up the house. Guess I didn't think that one through... It does make me glad that plantaginea is such a good grower! I've got propagation on the brain.

Water thoroughly when dry. Let water run out the bottom holes. Never by tablespoons. You can tell when they need water by inserting a wooden skewer for a few minutes. When you remove it, if it’s damp, don’t water. As for the third pic, I suspect the pot is too big for them, and they should be potted a little higher if you are able to repot in a smaller container. The recommended soil mix here is commercial cactus and succulent potting mix combined 50-50 with perlite available from your nursery. You are on a good start with your succulents. I suggest you take time to read many other threads here, and you will learn a lot. Also there are some good YouTube videos. I like Debra Baldwin, another is Sunshine and Succulents.
