doublefile viburnums

Has anyone ever been successful with doublefile viburnums in zone 4? I'm just into zone 4 in southwest Wisconsin and would love a viburnum that is more widespread than tall like a Shoshoni, Shasta, etc. I've been researching these online. Some sites say zone 5, some say zone 4.

As an aside does anyone know if these set their flower buds in the fall? If they do I suppose it would be possible that the shrub could survive but not flower if the buds freeze in the winter. That has been my experience with Oakleaf Hydrangea - great plant, no flowers in zone 4. Thanks.
