I have Rosa Foetida Bicolor. I am trying to find Rosa Foetida, the solid yellow version. I am also seeking Jaune Bicolor and the doubled form of Rosa Foetida Bicolor.

I bought a rosa foetida bicolor from this nursery, but it turned out to be rosa foetida lutea. They're still selling them, and I think they can't tell which you're getting unless it's in bloom.
As you know, Austrian copper will sport back to yellow.
The one I got was grafted. It's gone to the happy hunting ground.
This nursery used to have a huge specimen of rosa foetida lutea growing on their grounds. It might still be there.
They may be one of the few nurseries in the US stocking Harison's Yellow, Persian Yellow, and Austrian Copper due to the high incidence of these roses being found at old houses here.
I don't know if you can convince them to ship.
I didn't know there was a double version of Austrian Copper or a rosa foetida juane bicolor. Helpmefind doesn't list them.

I have several solid yellow and the bi-color, as well as one that is solid red, growing together in a tangled hedge (mess) that's about 20 ft long.

They've survived -30 to +118F, are very drought tolerant--in fact, in the 40 years I've lived here, I've never watered them. Where I live is considered "high-desert," and between June and mid-September, we get less that 1/2" or rain.

They've never had fertilizer. They are growing in very poor, clay soil. There's never been any sign of disease. So I'd consider these to be extremely hardy.

The only problem is they are out of control and growing as they wish. They are about 10'tall, 12'wide and the patch is 25' long.

I like them and so do the birds. -- I do wish they had more than one bloom. The flowers last only between two or three weeks.

My wife hates them. She wants the space and says, what good is a rose that blooms once, then is a brier patch?

I have orders to kill them. I've manged to keep her mad for three years by not obeying. However, this year the threat is if I don't get rid of them, she's going to hire someone to do it.

I'd be happy to let you have all I can. However, I don't know how to propagate, get a cutting, whatever. You'll have to help me out.

You propagate them through suckers. If you try to do so with cuttings you can expect a near zero success rate. Could you dig up some suckers of each of the varieties you have? 2 to 3 of each should guarantee success. I am interested in both the solid yellow and solid red. If you have the dwarf or striped forms I would also like them also. Besides pimpinellifoliae which I collect I have over 700 varieties in my garden and am sure I can find some varieties to trade. I would also purchase ghe foetidas out right.

To ship use a priority mail flat rate box. Wrap the sucker in moist newspaper and put it into a plastic bag. Put them into the flat rate box and send it. It will take 3-4 days to get to me.

If you don't mind a substitute until you find the one you search for, Rosa Hugonis is a worthy candidate. It is healthier here. It's one of those roses that do better ownroot for some reason.
