Oh no! Plants are starting to come up!

I was outside taking a walk around the garden and I noticed some unusual things....plants are starting to come up!!! We have had some amazingly mild temps (51 degrees F a few days ago) and sunny. Last year we had a record amount of snow, this year hardly any.

Guess what I found up? Bluebells are half an inch up, one early rising hosta had a shoot just peeking out, a peony, and hops vine! And none of them covered by leaves. In fact, the peony is in a very open site. The others are in a sort of warmer micro-climate.

It might get colder later this week, so I am really not sure what to do about this. I wouldn't worry if they were only a few weeks ahead of schedule, but this is JANUARY in zone 5! What would you guys do? Cover them up when the temp will get low (then uncover during the day?). Thanks for any ideas
