Tiger Eyes (Bail tiger) cutleaf sumac

Bought this beauty last spring and loved it, LOVED IT!

Now, I know that relative to other things sumacs are late to get going in spring. Mine has about 3-4" of growth so far with the characteristic red twig new growth, but the tiny new leaves are green (pale green - chartreuse would be a stretch). Does this yellow up as the season progresses?

I just LOVED the colour on it last year and am hoping it wasn't spray painted to look so gorgeous ;o)

Its in full sun.
