Name That Plant!

SHrub/tree id??

Can someone tell me the name of this shrub on side of my house? I think it is "leaning" over, it used to be a lot taller, we had an unexpected snow in this area last december, and when i walked to side of house about a week later, i noticed this shrub was slumped over, i am guessing due to the weight of the snow?? thanks!!!!

Thank you!! I have just a few more, then I will finally have a name for pretty much everything in this yard, lol.
