white flower invading greenhouse

When I first saw this flower, I did not destroy it because I thought it was cute. Bad mistake. It was first in an orchid pot, now it is in all pots, orchid or not.The stark white flower has a lavender "umlaut" on the fused petals and about 6 lavender dots on the petals just under the umlaut. (hard to see in the pic) If I try to pull it out, it breaks off and resprouts from the root. The roots reach to the bottom of the pot, 5/6 inches.I can only imagine how far down they would grow in soil. They have now spread to the gravel on the floor of the greenhouse. Please help me identify this monster and offer suggestions of how to cope with it.
