Comments (9)i have to say thankyou vetivert8. even if you do want to call me an antipodean a-hole, or the like.lol. i cant believe there has been such a kerfuffle over a 'location'.i do understand what you are saying, that it can be helpful.i didn't realise people harboured such importance over it. noticing other posts, saltcedar 'spams'everone with the same message who doesn't quote it. to aviod this sort of problem, perhaps its worth a suggestion of adding an auto fill for location when ever a post is made, rather than 'optional',so newbies etc. dont get kicked in the teeth, and veterans dont get frustrated. i was taken aback, that someone could bother to lecture me about it, rather than answer the question, heck, its quicker to write, 'where are you?' which is why i responed with the assumption that saltcedar did not know, as all i had recived at that time was a criticism over my location. as i said, i deemed irrelevant, which is why i didn't mention it. i dont think my comment was anymore insulting than saltcedars, and certainly did not warrant the childish 'dweeb' title in the following response. i tried to be diplomatic, thanked saltcedar for the imformation, which i was grateful for, and yet because i ended up pulling the harder punch by the end out of frustration, everyone's down on me. even to the point of calling me a 'troll' and also an accusation that my post was 'missleading' by someone who didnot read it correctly??? what the??? in hindsight, i was tired, & i have been dealing with difficult people lately, where it is nessesary to put my foot down firmly, unfortunately an unexpected 'terse manner' can put me over the edge. of corse i appreciate the difference between a tree bofin and home gardener. none the less i think everyone here deserves the same respect, regardless. i apologise if i have over reacted, also for lumping the beef i've had over other posts i've seen here, on to the issue i've had with saltcedar. thing is, i dont like being bullied, and i dont like seeing others bullied. thanks for being non-abrasive, and smoothing this over for me. i'll take note of the location issue, and try to be more thick skinned when it comes to offence....See MoreUpright plant no flowers, need help w/identity for leaf issue

Comments (2)Chlorine is lethal to too many things. Would probably kill your plants and ruin your soil. A very dilute bleach dip can kill things on the roots but any root rot is going to be IN the roots. Have you fertilized the azaleas recently? fertilizer burn could do what you're describing. As would salty water. Do you have hard water, or a water softener? Has there been a sudden heat wave? Are they getting watered deep enough to wet the whole root ball and then allowed to dry just slightly between waterings?...See MoreWhen will my curry leaf plant flower?
Comments (3)Vasun, Is it possible for you to place this pot outside? Curry leaf does much better in actual sunlight versus what it gets through a window. It will grow faster and may bloom by next year. In your zone you should be able to keep it outside for most of the year and just bring it in for short periods in the winter. Hlily...See MoreUser
