HELP! Will This Weather Hurt My Seeds?!?

Our weather has been warm, sunny, and in the 70s for the past few weeks...we're a couple of weeks past the last frost date for this zone...so I worked all day Saturday, planting seeds in yogurt and cool whip cups that I'd saved from last year. I ended up planting over 85 different types of flowers. I put them outside and was pleased that here and there, 3 or 4 days later, some little seedlings are already popping up!!

But we've had a total weather switch. Yesterday, cold and rainy...high in the 50s, low in the 40s. That's our weather forecast for the next WEEK. I don't know what to do. I don't want the seeds to get too wet and to rot. I am sure that they won't germinate since it's this cold. Do I bring them ALL inside?!?!? It seems like they'd get more natural light, well, outside. Do I cover them up with plastic?!? I just don't know what to do. This is my 3rd year gardening but only my 2nd year growing from seed, and I totally botched it last year.

I would appreciate any advice!!!
