Name That Plant!

Help identify wildflower

Hello, first time posting- long time reader.

Could someone help me identify this wildflower/weed for my mother-in-law? She said there were small white flowers growing among these berries and the stems were as large as bamboo. I thought it might be some kind of pokeweed but the clusters aren't the same. Thanks!

Without seeing anything else, my guess would be a Smilax species.

I agree, Smilax or something similar. Those fruits look too juicy and large.
