Name That Plant!

mystery plant has blooms..help ID plz?

Hello, This plant came up, and I had no clue what it was..everyone had said some type of echinacea or rudbeckia. Well, it has finally bloomed! Started 2 weeks ago. Seems to be some type of rudbeckia bush? It is about 3 1/2 feet high. One main stem, with many others coming off of it..and lotsa little rudbeckia looking flowers on it. They measure about 2" across.

Anyway my question is, what is it? I never planted this..have never seen it anywhere before. I tried googling and couldn't find anything, just black eyed susans. I do have Rudbeckia Hirta 'Indian Summer' but obviously this isnt it. I thought maybe they mutated with echinacea seeds and produced this? I have no clue..help me plz?

no, its not tho..Believe me I have them all over my yard and its not Rudbeckia Hirta Indian Summer. These flowers are small and NOT darker in the middle as the Indian Summers are. But I went out and measured and I was wrong about the flower size, they are only 1" across.
Here are two more pics, one of the other side of the plant, and a close up of some flowers. I have no doubt that it is in the Rudbeckia family, but its a bush...not at all like my Black-Eyed Susans. It's not like I cut it back and it just went crazy and sprouted a million flowers, I havent cut it at all. What's really stumping me is that it's more like a bush..this is one whole big plant and only has one main stem.

Flora UK, I don't know..it is at my sister's house and she bought it late last fall, so this is the first she is seeing of any plants. Probably wilty from lack of water, lol..she's not a flower person..yet, lol. Her DH weed whacked it yesterday though. Who knows if it will come back...hopefully it will, bigger & better. Thank you..after looking at some pix, I believe you are correct.

Porteranthus trifoliata- of course! or at least that's the name I'm familiar with... The stems are kind of floppy, so its effect is diminished since you can't see the whole plant. Can it be divided? I'd love to have a few more. Online it says that it has a woody rootstock, so I would think division wouldn't be a good idea. Or moved, to give it a special spot? Thank you, thank you, esh!!

Thank you very much for your response horster. Unfortunately what I have is not the same thing you're looing for. What I have produce pink to purple and white flowers, (2 colors on one flower,) and have oval leaflets not leaves. My picture were pretty bad I have to admit. But anyway, spent another evening of research, since I'm not short of samples (LOL,) I believe I found it. It is lespedeza ( aka Japanese clover.) What do you guys think? I'm a complete novice in lawn care and gardening. Once I identified it it seems to be a very common known plant. I just wonder why it's not in most "common weed lists" on the internet.
