Can Anyone Identify These Foundation Shade Plants?

These are along the north foundation of the house we bought in Central Florida a few years ago and I assume the previous owner planted them. They've never produced flowers of any kind however they've never had any sunshine on them either. I assume they're some sort of bulb type plant and if sunshine would cause them to produce flowers I'd like to transplant them to a partially shaded or sunny area. Each plant is about 2 feet high and three feet or more in diameter. That's a 36 inch yard stick in the photo with them for a perspective. The leaves are 18 inches to two feet long and a couple inches across at their widest point. All are dark green as you can see and survive with and without watering although they seem to do best with regular watering.

Thanks, Jerry
