My orchid has had a rough life. When I bought it, I watered it with the little cup it came with once per week as the instructions said. I didn't think to check the pot for drainage and so after months of doing this, I bought another orchid that looked way better than mine. Sure enough, almost all it's roots rotted and it was in standing water. I've since repotted and may be over tlc-ing it. It's leaves have gotten droopier but seemed to have stopped getting worse. I also have a spike and leaf growing? I though that was only going to happen on a healthy plant. I don't know what I need to do more or less of. I can't tell if the roots are good. Pics enclosed, any advice or guidance would be much appreciated
