Vine at botanical garden near San Francisco

This is an unlabeled vine at the botanical garden at the University of California at Berkeley (zone 9b). The shoots were about 5-8 feet long. The leaves, as you can see, are pinnate. The flower, which was maybe 2-3" long, might have dropped a few petals. If anyone knows the species, or even the genus or family, that would be great.
