There is a "name this plant" forum, you might want to put this there also. #1 looks like daylilies #2 looks like Solanum, maybe S. dulcamara (nightshade vine.) Handling this plant makes me itchy, you might want to wear gloves/sleeves to pull it up. Unfortunately perennial. #3 bulb lilies of some type. #4 ? #5 ? looks like some kind of critter may have been eating the leaves, could be something that will pass without action, seasonal. Those who know what it is probably know what's going on with the leaves.

picea glauca 'conica' ... and frankly.. its past its prime ... though thats not to say.. it wont live another decade or two ... its planted too close to the house ... and i bet thats snow load damage at the bottom ... some branches died.. and were removed ... not real easy to tame them back in size.. so just planting a seed... that when you gets tired of it.. it goes ... technically its a conifer .. which are trees .. ken

I sincerely appreciate the ideas & help! I'm trying to get better at snapping pictures of this stuff. Here are a few more of it -- note the interesting growth pattern where the branches touch the ground and head back up. It's been very low maintenance and is really happy in the shade. Eschevaria and portulaca seem close but I'm still not coming up with a match for whatever reason..

L. sinense is present in cultivation on the west coast. Yet Jacobson, Wild Plants of Greater Seattle - Second Edition (2008) does not mention it (5 other species of Privet are listed by him as occurring wild there). However seedling asked about looks like L. japonicum anyway. (Jacobson (same) says this one "reseeds" in Seattle).
