Grass/weed identification

We are suffering a drought this summer and most of our lawn has gone dormant. However there is a small patch of grass or weed as shown in the photo that seems to be healthy without watering or any other care. It has been suggested it is a coarse or tall fescue but I have been unable to confirm this. It appears to be a grass and has been part of the lawn for 5-6 years. The patch has not grown in size over that time. Any help in identifying it would be appreciated. We are located on the Bruce Peninsula in south western Ontario. Thanks
