Everything is in good order. I am still very pleased at what I saved, most of the things I ordered were half of what the stores charge (in my case, filter media, meds and water conditioners. Great people to do business with and their plants are excellent. I don't hesitate to recommend them. They list the actual size limits for whatever you order. They don't play games with size descriptions. They always ship with soil and not bare root. They are a class act. Just make sure you are dealing with Evergreen Nursery in Tennessee as there are other Evergreen Nursery in other locations with poor reputations. Jon

I have used Build.com/aka Faucetsdirect.com. I had a problem with a Hansgrohe faucet. They were very helpful. They provided me with the proper number to contact Hansgrohe. Hansgrohe sent me the needed part and my plumber installed it. There customer service was very easy to work with and even followed up with a phone call. I wouldn't hesitate. The downside is my plumber will only warrant the installation and not the part. But, I have never had a problem once an item is installed.
