Your roses are so lovely---I tried to grow Lady Hillindon with no success---she is so pretty---Nahema is new to me but I do love fragrant roses.

The roses in your garden are definitely looking better than the roses in my garden this time of year.
Most of mine have that "touched by a blow torch" look.
But this morning, there was a perfect & fragrant Reine des Violettes bloom that took me by surprise.

This is the first I've heard of Nahema, but no wonder I like the looks of it so much ... I see that 'Heritage' is a parent.
Your 'Hermosa' looks great!
Always good to see a 'Maggie' bloom on this forum.
Louise Odier is so refined looking.
Ardoisee de Lyon is especially great looking.
Lady Hillingdon has always looked interesting to me, although I've never seen one "in person". It is one of the few tea roses that I have never seen growing in any garden here.

Thanks Florence. My Lady Hillingdon died back to about 6 inches tall, but she's about 2 feet tall now and nicely covered in blooms. I hope she gains some hardiness with time.

Thanks Randy...most of the blooms last only a couple of days. I think you would really like Nahema (RU carries it) and you should try Lady Hillingdon...I imagine she would like your climate much better than mine. My RdV is doing much better since I used some of the Espoma Soil Acidifier. It responded by pushing out a bunch of healthy looking new growth.

Hi Masha. Edith Schurr has been in almost continuous bloom for me (continous meaning she always has at least one bloom on it, punctuated by flushes of bloom). She is own root and is staying pretty small for me. I was enabled by Malcolm Manner's pic of this rose, but theirs is grafted...maybe it needs to be get big...but I'm still enjoying it.

Thank you, Eric. I am confused now. The blooms in your pics look mostly white or light colored, the descriptions of the rose on the Vintage and RVR site say yellow, the pics on HMF clearly show a blend. What color is it?

I'm not good at capturing yellows. Yes, the flowers are are yellow blushed with pink at the edges. The blooms in my pics are a couple of days old too, so the color has bleached out as well.

Great pics, I like how Mme Isaac Pereire looks next to a porch. I have some Bourbons next to my front porch, and love to sit on the porch and enjoy the fragrance.

Thanks Joe and Krista. Joe, Barbara's Pasture Rose is a found rose, possibly a vigorous clone of La Reine. I missed taking some pics of beautiful cupped blooms. The petals have a silvery white reverse.

How did you manage to get such clean roses, not damaged by JBs at this time of year?

Redsox, Nahema is worth a look. It inherited the shattering quality from it's parent Heritage, but the fragrance is outstanding. I spray fungicide every 2 weeks. Last year, I saw maybe 1 or 2 JBs, this year it's been about a dozen.

Beautiful, beautiful roses. That Lady Hillingdon is fetching. I recall the excitement over the Barbara's Pasture rose here a couple (maybe more) years ago but it was at a time when my garden was causing me to never want to see another rose again but I am so enjoying visiting the gardens here now. I am getting beyond the sadness of paring the garden down and growing other things and now I can look at the lovely pictures without too much regret or sadness and just enjoy them for what they are, beautiful roses that I am unable to grow but beautiful roses which everyone is kind enough to share so that I can enjoy.
