What good quotes they are, Anneliese! Having been blessed with 2 1/2" of rain ealy this week after a long, long dry spell, I can attest to the truth of water. Flora and fauna and earth all are happy.

I have never considered myself creative in any sense, but figured there has to be somebody to appreciate what others do--and I'm good at that! :>) I have always enjoyed, admired, and sometimes even envied, the talents of others. Maybe in my next life, I'll be an artist, poet, or musician. In the meantime, I'll keep on keepin' on.

I have to write this to counter the third quote. Heinlein, may be correct some of the time, but not all the time. When I struggle with something, I throw up my hands and say: "There must be a better way". My hard working DH sets his invention/thinking cap on and comes up with a better way, time after time. He's not lazy.

I sure enjoyed these quotes today. DH and I have had major colds for the past couple of weeks but we're getting better.
