Can anyone ID this plant (seen in Atlanta)?? I am a gardeing novice and would appreciate any help!

today and I saw this plant! Cannot believe it...it said "patio Hawaiian,needs moist soil and shade"....what is that???!!! The leaves definitely have a tropical look to them. btw, the price for one was $24.99(on sale), about 4 feet tall...I didn't get it, because wanted to get more info on it.
