Medicating when it's still cold

One of our most favorite fantail goldfish is showing signs of a bacterial infection. Looks like maybe fish-bloat as she was stuck upside down under a lily bough.

Our weather forecast shows it's going to get stupd cold at the end of the week but right now it's getting into the upper 60's.

So I'm torn... Should we medicate the pond even though it's cold to help save her? We do not have a separate sick tank setup because we just don't have the money/space for one and my thinking is iof she has something probably the whole pond has it. What's best to treat fish-bloat?

Thanks for the help!
