Dead frog and fish question?

Hello everyone,

It's been a long time since I have posted anything, but it's good to be back.

I have a dead frog..at least I think its dead cause it has white stuff growing on it...in my pond which is surrounded by a lot of snow and ice still. I have a Pondmaster heater that has worked wonders for my goldfish all winter because they are swimming around happy as ever. And I don't know if it's just me but they look fatter, despite the fact that I only fed them once in the winter so far.

My question is, how do I know the frog is dead for sure and if it is dead how will it affect my fish. The problem is I can't get to the frog as yet due to the amount of snow and ice around my pond, but I could see it. Should I start to panic that my fish will die from bad water? And lastly I cover my pond in chicken wire and a pond net during the winter and nights to keep the raccoons out, so now the net and wire are frozen under about 2 feet of snow around the edges. The raccoons and I can't get in...dead frog or not.
