Hello,

These came with the house. Someone said they were wild garlic, but they don't have the same kind of scapes that I've seen in the Farmer's markets.

They have more of an onion flavour than garlic in case that makes a difference.

What I believe would be called a scape grows in a little pod until it gets too big and breaks out. What breaks out has what appears to be a flower bud at one end, and what look like two tiny red onions at the base, where it's emerged from the pod and still attached to the rest of the plant.
