Unknown flowering plant from Hawaii

My neighbor grew this plant from a seed she collected in Hawaii. It looks like some kind of lily, possibly related to agapanthes. It has similar strap like leaves. She said it grows on the beaches. I will post another photo as well.

It's a Crinum but I can't comment on what kind.

Thats an impatiens. It likes the shade and lots of water, but if you're keeping inside its going to need some bright light. I had one in my west facing kitchen window for about 3 years. I'd taken it in from outside and the only reason it died inside is because i forgot to water it.

Not sure if you ever got a positive ID on your plant/flowers, if so this is repetitive, if not...there you have it!
Those are called Giant Spider Lilies. There is also a purple variation, commonly called the Queen Emma Lily. Email me if you want some bulbs, lol.
