Small, wild, perennial flower - possible orchid or lily?

I've noticed these popping up in late spring, early summer in moist, shady areas of my yard. They don't grow in groups, but rather one single plant appears. It looks almost orchid or lily like. I'm in zone 5, NW suburbs of Chicago. Very shaded, moist, wooded area. I've been trying to identify this for the past 4 summers with no such luck. I know the question next will be: "does it flower?". I don't remember, honestly. I *think* I have seen a flower on it once- and it was a very pale pink. I did NOT plant this- they have been appearing as long as we have owned the home.

If anyone can help, it would be appreciated! Thank you!
