Name That Plant!

Unknown orange flowering plant

I got this at the 99 cent store with no tag or stick.

I need to find out lighting requirements and wondering if I can plant it in a shady protected spot outdoors or should I keep it inside under grow lights (I have a dark house). Please tell me if you know what it is or even where to start searching.

I know that it's tiny. I must have tried 15 times to upload the picture. I kept getting a message saying that the size exceeded the limit and it wouldn't let me upload it. I didn't realize it was so small but the system wouldn't let up upload anything larger. Don't know what I did wrong. Maybe there is a practice section somewhere on this forum?

Because some like cestrum and clereodendron are actually hardy in z7 in the US. Wikipedia describes my location as humid subtropical. I can grow some lantana as die back perennials, crinums, sabal palm, etc. It's not like my z7 is Alaska or something ;0 I know it's not a verbena sp, but the foliage is reminscent of verbena and some things in verbena family, some of which are shrubs.
