Hi GreenThumb90, Just a little fyi...a lot of folks don't do Facebook or won't be bothered by an extra email and going to another site to find out what you have to trade that 'might' be of interest to them. You will likely get more offers to trade if you would either list some of the things you have available within your post, or better yet, list them on your member Trade List. Does it look like this? If so, it's a 'Blue Crown', aka Caerulea. I don't know what's up with your flower bud problem, but I might know about your 'no fruit' problem- most (maybe all, experts?) caeruleas are not self fertile. You need to 'cross' it with another caerulea - one that's not a clone of the same mother, as geneticly all clones of the same plant are the same plant. I was having the same problem with mine.. I'd hand polinate the flowers (with pollen from the same plant) and they'd just shrivel & fall off anyway. (prolly what happened to your missing flowers) I solved the problem by picking up a little gallon sized caerulea at the store- I *knew* it was different stock as mine came from my sister's back yard in Los Angeles.. Now I can cross between the plants & I get fruit all the time.

In my experience Petunias don't do very well when the summers get real hot, so I doubt that they'd last throughout the summer in the wagon. But, I do love the idea of planting in the wagon. Probably does need to be part sun/shade plants. How about Vinca Vine and Impatiens? One of my favorite vining plants is the Trailing Geraniums if you can get enough sun. Still doubt you actually have read many of my posts. If you had you would see my tenants actually recomend me to potential tenants. When I show vacant apartments I give out applications and references from other tenants. Every year tenants fill out surveys anonymously. I have also posted about my wedding and having many past and current tenants attend. We even took a few group pictures of past neighbors. I know I come of as insensitive to many posters. I actually agree with many of the posts but like to show other points of view to get people thinking. I have been a member of multiple boards, (buisness, non profit, and government) I would many times argue for the other side and still vote the majority, just wanting people to understand the entire issue. To many times everything is blammed on the landlord. People need to see things from the LL point of view. What are they going to do if they move out to a house? Someone vandalizes their car, breaks into their house, peoples pets use their yard, loud neighbors next door, etc. On their own they won't be able to call the LL! I rarely have many of the problems posted here because I let my tenants know up front I am a very strict landlord. That is obviously what many tenants want. Someone that will crack down on bad neighbors, and keep the building quiet. Besides how much fun with this forum be if everyone just patted each others back and agreed? Also no one HAS to do anything including renting from me. I learned a long time ago their are no needs only wants. This includes living.
