PETSSo You Want to Get a Cat
If you're a cat lover, the joys outweigh any other issue. If you haven't lived with one yet, here are a few things to know
Full StoryI don't know what to do. Last night I actually caught him in the act and threw pennies and sprayed him with my mister. For a while, I had all the plants protected by some more "brutal" plants (dyckia, the "horse crippler" cactus), which worked for a while, but I have to many non-brutal plants now. There has of yet been no actual damage to any of the orchids, but its an inevitability, I feel.
And he's so fat and slow, and there's so much trash all over the place here in Austin, I don't see why he has chosen to dig the soil out of the lavender pot and try repeatedly to eat chunks of perlite from the orchid pots.
