Name That Blue Perrenial with Leathery Leaves

Hi folks,

Long time lurker first time poster :).

I have this plant in my garden that I can't find out what it is. Before it shot up and flowered (Mid-May in Michigan) I thought was foxglove-- at the base it has the same corona of dark green leathery/alligator leaves, and it's planted right where my bright magenta foxglove was last year.

If it was there, it didn't flower last year; but, this year it's covered in blue almost-bell flowers, many of which are kinda pendant. I have looked all over the 'net but having trouble finding this. It's probably something common but I've been looking for a week and no luck so thought I'd ask ya'll.

I couldn't be happier with this unexpected show, I love it. But, it's also looking pretty, uh, fast growing... wondering if anyone can name it so I can find more information (and contain if necessary :) ).

Thanks!!!

Nicole
