Need some help with Snapper mower & Sears snowblower

HI, I have a model# P21509t2, serial# 25607844, Snapper mower and am having problems with the trans. drive. Basically it keeps locking up and won't always allow the rear tires to turn. I checked it for grease and it looks to have plenty while looking into the fill hole. Anyone worked on these? Does it have to be replaced or can it be rebuilt? Part #'s will be handy :). Also, I'd like to know the engine idle speed rpm setting as well as the top engine speed rpm setting for its engine, a 5hp tvs840 8023d 2 cycle Tecumseh.

I also have a Sears snowblower I'd like to have the engine idle/ top speed rpm speed settings for too, a Tecumseh 5hp HS50 67181C.
