I do believe the 2nd picture is Great Tickseed or Whorled Tickseed as it is sometimes referred. Definatly fits the leaf pattern and flower parts. Thanks. I now believe the 1st picture is Small Woodland Sunflower

Mr Kapaun, my most humble apology. I am not computer literate, yet, so I was not aware the two items I sent were not to be together for the readers. I had the filler cap off while I was cranking the engine over to get the gasoline out of the cylinder. That's when the air/oil residue came out the filler. It would appear I need to seek a repair person locally to fix the engine, as I am having a difficult time putting in words what the engine problem is. Again, to all, I apologize for my making two entries on the same problem. Thank you all so much.

It is late so perhaps I am confused. You want a shade that is mounted at the bottom of the window that you can pull up to cover the bottom 18 inches of the windows? But you don't want cords, tracks or other hardware. How do you propose that the shade would stay up? If you are busy dressing and bathing, would you really care if the whole window were covered? You aren't likely to be staring out the window at that point, imo. Why not mount shades on the ceiling in front of the window? They have ones that operate on remotes and ones that you can operate by hand instead of by cords. They fold up to a very narrow few inches, so that when raised they would actually sit above the window frame. You could create a wood valance to match the wood trim that would hide them when not in use, and just create a decorative accent above the windows. The other thing to try would be to again ceiling mount the treatment, and do custom made roman shades in which the bottom 18 inches were solid fabric, and the rest of the shade was made from the clear decorator weight vinyl. It would allow you light and view on the upper part of the window, if you really need that. I am sure others will add ideas. I hope you find what you want.

Bmore, I definately wouldn't call it crap - I like it a lot more than losing the pantry or the cabinet run. I would be tempted to think about putting the prep sink in the coffee bar with that layout. I know it would mean washing veggies before bringing them to the island for chopping or whatnot. I've never had a prep sink and am planning on having a cold fitered/instahot in that prep sink (good idea there or should that be the main one?). If the hot/filtered went in the prep sink, it wouldn't be out of place at the coffee bar (I'd likely store all glasses and mugs there too in that case). But maybe the prep sink there is a bad idea? I think that plan (fridge where the hutch was) is worth role playing too. I think my next job is doing the role playing and really thinking about how I'd cook in my original plan (plan A) or this plan (plan B). I just don't think I can give up pantry or cabinet run to put the fridge in those areas. Nor do I want to be standing at the prep sink and having people trying to stand butt-to-butt with me to get into the fridge. We have not by any means eliminated my original layout with fridge by the door because we do see benefits to keeping the fridge out of the way of the main work area since people are most likely to interupt my cooking by getting into either the 1) fridge 2) sink or 3)microwave (one of the many reasons I hate an OTR micro - banged heads!). The prep sink elimates that interuption, the microwave in the island does impinge a bit, but not as bad as the OTR type and is the least frequent of the 3. And the fridge doesn't impinge at all there, but is still in the workspace. Plan B allows the same benefits, but is no longer in the workspace. We will do some role playing, ideally today.
