In honor of winter's return just in time for Easter. Although now that I read the full quote, I realize that the first line is mostly mis-used.

April is the cruelest month, breeding

Lilacs out of dead land, mixing

Memory and desire, stirring

Dull roots with spring rain.

Winter kept us warm, covering

Earth in forgetful snow, feeding

A little life with dried tubers.

--T.S. Eliot
